An opportunity for caregivers to playfully participate with their kiddos in yoga poses, yoga games, and meditation. Each class ends with sweet moments of connection and serenity, offering a chance to bond and relax in a peaceful environment. The perfect way for families to move, play, and unwind together!

Shooting Stars
ages: 4-7 drop off We will dance our way into poses called a “Star Dance”, playfully discover nature with song, and journey to distant lands of imagination with yoga games. The class ends with a short calming “Starlight Sequence” to help center and ground them for the day to come.

Shining Stars
ages: 1.5 - 5 with caregiver Introduce yoga and breath to your littlest ones in this new class. Participants will dance their way into animal poses while playfully discovering nature with rhythm and song. Ms. Rachael will feature her favorite storybooks that journey beyond distant lands of imagination with animal and nature stories.

Mommy & Baby Yoga
ages 6 weeks-1.5 We will move through traditional yoga postures to tone a mother’s body after delivery and begin to feel your core strength coming back. We incorporate breath-work and body awareness while engaging the babies throughout the class. Motherhood is messy, we welcome it.
