Pause & Play Yoga

Pause & Play Yoga

This flexible children’s yoga curriculum uses mindfulness, breath, and movement to help parents and educators support kids in building:

  • confidence

  • strength

  • self-regulation skills

  • flexibility

  • self awareness (mind, heart, and body)

Seasonal, adaptable lessons meet children where they are whether you’re using this at home, in classrooms, or in group settings, offering supportive tools for connection, calm, and playful growth.

Pause & Play Yoga offers supportive, skill-building tools and a welcoming space for connection, regulation, and play while prioritizing connection over perfection. Always.

In classrooms or group settings, lessons easily adjust to the time available and the energy of the students. Some days you’ll explore the full lesson; other days you may focus on just breath and movement.
