Archery Camp

Every summer has a story.
Make this one they’ll talk about.

In a world that moves fast, archery asks kids to slow down.
To breathe.
To focus.
To trust themselves.

One day they won’t remember the apps, reels, games, or shows.

They’ll remember that they slipped in the mud and rode their bikes around the neighborhood. They’ll remember ice cream, swimming, and the songs in the background. They’ll remember having fun and learning to trust themselves.

They’ll talk about the summer they did something hard; the summer they hit the target.

They’ll talk about the summer they earned their stripes.

Balancing Restraint & Release

  • Mindful Archery: Release & Return (Ages 9–14)

Mindful Archery: Release & Return (Ages 9–14) offers young archers a unique opportunity to develop foundational archery skills while cultivating focus, patience, and self-awareness in a safe and supportive environment. Through guided instruction and careful attention to safety, campers learn proper archery techniques while discovering the mindful balance between restraint and release—both on the range and within themselves.

Mindfulness practices are woven throughout each session, encouraging calm, confidence, and emotional regulation. Campers build concentration and resilience as they deepen their connection to the sport and to their own inner awareness. This enriching outdoor experience supports personal growth, making archery not just a physical skill, but a pathway to presence, confidence, and self-discovery—ideal for families seeking a holistic, mindfulness-based youth camp experience.

  • Mindful Archery: Precision & Presence (Ages 9–14)

Mindful Archery: Precision & Presence (Ages 9–14) is a camp for young archers who want to continue building their shooting skills while deepening their understanding of archery as both a practice and a tradition. Designed to build on the focus, mindfulness, and foundational techniques introduced in Mindful Archery: Release & Return, this camp balances time on the range with hands-on exploration and learning.

Campers refine their archery form, accuracy, and safety awareness, while also diving into the origins of archery across cultures. Through rich lessons and discussion, kids explore the history and evolution of the bow and arrow while building a deeper respect for the craft behind the sport.

A key highlight of the camp is making their own arrow, gaining firsthand knowledge of how materials, design, and balance affect performance.

This camp is ideal for young archers eager to sharpen their abilities while discovering the deeper story, craftsmanship, and meaning behind every shot.

Our Camp Mascot

We’re excited to introduce Luna, our certified care animal and official Archery Camp mascot!

Luna will be at camp each day to cheer on our archers, offer encouragement, and bring plenty of calm, positive energy to the range. Whether it’s a first-time shooter feeling a little nervous or a returning camper aiming for a bullseye, Luna is always nearby with tail wags and good vibes.
