Mindfulness, Breath, & Movement

At Starlight Studio, we see childhood as sacred ground—a time to plant the seeds of mindfulness, breath, and movement that grow into lifelong tools for calm, confidence, and connection.

Whether it’s through the quiet focus of archery, the playful flow of yoga, or the gentle support of parent resources, each offering is designed to nurture the whole child—and the grownup alongside them.

This is a space rooted in intention and joy, where children are free to be fully themselves and caregivers feel seen, supported, and never alone in the journey.

Archery

Mindful Archery teaches kids (ages 9+) the art of focus, balance, and breath through the practice of archery. As they learn to steady their body and mind, children build confidence, patience, and awareness—on the range and beyond.

Yoga

Our kid-centered yoga classes help babies (6 weeks+), toddlers, kids, and parents learn to recognize and move with their emotions. Through songs, games, and playful movement, children build confidence, patience, and calm—while having fun every step of the way.

Resource library

Our Resource Library offers thoughtful tools and handpicked content to support you as you strengthen your own self-regulation, support your child’s emotional growth, and create a family life full of meaningful experiences—more connection, less screen time.
