Curious about what a partnership could look like?
Let’s start the conversation—and bring more calm, confidence, and connection to your community.
Archery
Mindful Archery teaches kids (ages 11+) the art of focus, balance, and breath through the practice of archery. As they learn to steady their body and mind, children build confidence, patience, and awareness—on the range and beyond.
Yoga
Our kid-centered yoga classes help babies (6 weeks+), toddlers, kids, and parents learn to recognize and move with their emotions. Through songs, games, and playful movement, children build confidence, patience, and calm—while having fun every step of the way.
