Mommy & Baby Yoga
Ages 6 weeks - 6 months with mommy
In this class, the focus is mom’s postpartum recovery.
We will move through traditional yoga postures to tone a mother’s body after delivery and begin to feel your core strength coming back. We incorporate breath-work and body awareness while engaging the babies throughout the class. Motherhood is messy, we welcome it.
Baby & Me Yoga
Ages 6 - 18 months with caregiver
In this class, the focus is connecting with baby while strengthening our bodies.
We will move through traditional yoga postures to tone and strengthen. Meanwhile, we will connect and play with baby to build the foundation for a healthy and balanced relationship between caregiver and baby. Babies are messy, we welcome it.
Shining Stars Yoga
Ages: 1.5 - 5 with caregiver
Introduce yoga and breath to your littlest ones in this new class.
Participants will dance their way into animal poses while playfully discovering nature with rhythm and song. Ms. Rachael will feature her favorite storybooks that journey beyond distant lands of imagination with animal and nature stories.
Shooting Stars Yoga
Ages: 4-7 drop off
We will dance our way into poses called a “Star Dance”, playfully discover nature with song, and journey to distant lands of imagination with yoga games. The class ends with a short calming “Starlight Sequence” to help center and ground them for the day to come.
Gentle Yoga for Adults
Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in this calming, beginner-friendly class designed for adults of all ages and experience levels. Through gentle movements, supported poses, and mindful breathing, you'll build flexibility, ease tension, and cultivate a sense of balance—both on and off the mat.
